Job Requirements and Preferences:
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience: 0-2 Years (Specialist 2/3)
Basic Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates some knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
- Provide administrative support
- Maintain quality control standards compliant with policies
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Utilizing relevant technology, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Alteryx, and other firm-sponsored web-based technologies.
- Working with confidential data
- Managing multiple projects and tasks
- Adapting to a rapidly changing environment
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Providing tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Possessing some functional and technical knowledge of the various aspects of Workday
- Possessing research, analytical & troubleshooting skills with an inquisitive nature
- Working with confidential data
- Being an iterative thinker with demonstrated experience working on teams that are solving problems with creativity while utilizing both positive and negative testing skills
- Possessing experience aggregating various, often unrelated data points or data sets to determine root cause or to support processes that benefit multiple stakeholders or impact multiple systems cohesively
- Demonstrating attention to detail and dedication to quality in relation to data analysis and system troubleshooting
- Presenting information and insight to team leaders in both written and spoken methods of communication
- Following standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) & Quick Reference Cards (QRCs) to support the Compensation business processes
- Escalating issues in a timely & efficient manner to supervisors

- Working with high-profile/high-risk data and supporting stakeholder management
