What You’ll Do
Undertake intricate Test Engineering tasks leveraging specialized domain knowledge and extensive business experience. Provide support for test strategy and optimization deployments (Apollo/ADT/PATHFINDER). Contribute to the identification of technologies necessary for the development of new products. Address and resolve complex process and product issues, including the collection and analysis of data related to yield problems, and drive corrective actions. Manage suppliers, spearhead cost reduction programs, and contribute to the development of six sigma goals. Effectively communicate challenging concepts and negotiate alternative perspectives with peers. Offer guidance, direction, and instruction to less-experienced team members and colleagues. Contribute to analytics and digitization projects. Explore and incorporate relevant new technologies. Plan and implement system automation to enhance efficiency. Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirements. Collaborate with fellow professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within organizational guidelines, policies, and procedures. Manage test capacity and planning. Participate in budgeting for ICT and functional test requirements, collaborating closely with Prod Ops to optimize and engage early with NPI for test capacity.
Who You Are
Holder of a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Proficient in programming, particularly in Python. Possesses IT computer network experience, with CCNA certification being advantageous. Familiarity with data engineering is an additional asset. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is also advantageous.
