What would you do?

The Software and Platform vertical assists leading platform companies in accelerating, scaling, and enhancing their businesses as their most trusted, innovative, comprehensive, and experienced partner. As an Agent, your responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing content, such as user profiles, videos, texts, images, etc.
  • Investigating and applying client policies.
  • Escalating and/or resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system. Note: The reported content may be sensitive or graphic in nature.

Your role entails the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, classifying, and/or removing content according to client guidelines, utilizing specific tools and channels.
  • Understanding and making decisions/taking actions in accordance with client policies and guidelines.
  • Staying updated on any changes in policies/processes.
  • Investigating, resolving, and relaying complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.

The Content Management team is accountable for organizing, categorizing, and publishing content and information using specific tools and channels for various groups and individuals within the organization.

Your role also involves:

  • Identifying improvement opportunities in workflow and proposing solutions to enhance quality and overall process efficiency.
  • Participating in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role.
  • Engaging in conversations around socially sensitive topics to ensure the safety of our communities.
  • Participating in well-being activities.
  • Meeting the desired efficiency standards established by the business.

The Content Moderation team focuses on reviewing photos, videos, and text-based content, making judgments on whether the reviewed content violates our client’s terms of services. They review potentially sensitive content and ensure accurate identification and flagging of any content violating the client’s terms of services in a timely manner.
