Job Description

Amazon is currently seeking candidates for the Device Associate position!

Candidate Responsibilities:

1. Execute test cases designed for testing software builds.
2. Perform accurate test case execution and report identified bugs.
3. Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
4. Engage in regression and repetitive testing exercises to validate builds without compromising quality.
5. Utilize software tools for daily data capture.
6. Capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.
7. Raise any failures/doubts related to test case execution in the clarification portal and close them within SLAs.

Requirements:

1. A graduate in any field of study, with preference given to quantitative fields such as science and engineering (not mandatory).
2. 0-1 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
3. Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
4. Flexibility and interest in performing repetitive tasks.
5. High energy level, proactive nature, a sense of ownership and drive, and willingness to meet daily deadlines are essential.
