Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Kochi. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience who can perform effectively in a dynamic work environment are encouraged to apply. The role requires a foundational understanding of labor regulations, strong organizational abilities, and experience in vendor coordination.
Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate workforce requirements and build a consistent pipeline of candidates for Business Development Executive (BDE) roles.
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for new employees, ensuring a smooth induction process and successful integration into the company culture, especially for BDEs.
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with recruitment partners and external vendors to improve hiring outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers by supporting them in handling team performance, employee development, and overall workforce management.
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs aimed at improving satisfaction and minimizing attrition through proactive, data-informed approaches.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, queries, and grievances in a timely and fair manner.
- Create and maintain HR dashboards to monitor important metrics such as retention, engagement, and workforce composition.
- Ensure employee records and documentation are accurate, secure, and compliant with organizational policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date with changes in labor laws and regional compliance requirements to maintain adherence in all HR processes.
- Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects, supporting overall team objectives and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- MBA or PGDM in Human Resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-changing and high-pressure environment
