Expectations and Requirements:
We are seeking a Customer Support Associate responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls as well as email inquiries from customers. The position focuses on delivering precise solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and accurately logging all interactions in the DevRev CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls and emails within defined service timelines.
  • Provide correct, prompt, and compliant resolutions to customer issues.
  • Maintain high levels of quality, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and productivity as outlined in process KPIs.
  • Record all customer interactions and updates in DevRev CRM.
  • Follow all operational guidelines and uphold Zero Tolerance (ZT) policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (mandatory).
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer support (voice and email processes).
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication abilities with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available to work from the office with rotational weekly offs.
