Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager Associate tasked with overseeing initiatives geared towards minimizing the seller controllable return rate (SCRR). This role involves becoming an integral part of a high-performing, knowledge-driven team committed to working diligently, enjoying their work, and contributing to the establishment of a remarkable history.
In the capacity of a program manager associate, you will take charge of cultivating relationships with our selling partners, resolving their concerns to enhance the overall seller experience. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with sellers, liaising with internal Product & Program teams, SPS, and account management teams to pinpoint areas for improvement, ultimately reducing returns and improving the seller experience on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with partner teams to comprehend the challenges and problem areas.
- Identify shortcomings in business inputs and propose processes to uncover root causes and rectify errors.
- Prioritize program requirements and foster consensus among cross-functional teams.
- Identify root causes and collaborate with internal teams to expedite resolutions.
- Monitor and oversee the resolution of operational tickets impacting sellers.
- Collect and analyze seller feedback to generate suggestions for improving the seller experience, collaborating with the Product Manager for viable solutions.
- Develop dashboards to streamline operations.
- Proficient in SQL and/or Excel.
