Job Description
Airtel is currently seeking candidates for the position of Tech Ops Engineer!
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Execute the installation and deployment of new DAM releases and payment bank environments meticulously, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Collaborate in ensuring 100% uptime, devising innovative solutions such as alternative connectivity to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a 99.9% uptime for DAM systems and services, actively monitoring for issues and implementing prompt resolutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging systems, integrations, and database activities, and transform that knowledge into effective monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for performance tracking.
- Vigilantly monitor systems, strategically raise incidents, and troubleshoot rapidly, presenting alternative solutions for uninterrupted service.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of logs from APIs, middleware, and databases, acting as a skilled detective to identify the root cause of issues and drive swift resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Profound understanding of DAM systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
