Job Description
Upstox is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Product Analyst.
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Gather and disseminate insights regarding daily operations, features, and customer behaviors to assist the product team in identifying, refining, and envisioning improvements.
- Monitor key metrics and assess product performance to quantify the impact of new features.
- Take the lead in creating and presenting reports that communicate valuable product insights to stakeholders.
- Support the team in conducting A/B experiments.
- Assist the team in the execution and delivery of high-quality features.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess strong data, statistics, and analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as QuickSight and Tableau, as well as analytics tools like MixPanel and Google Analytics.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment, with a willingness to learn on the job and achieve objectives.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in an analytical or qualitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science).
- Graduated from a top-tier college.
