Job Description

Flipkart is currently seeking candidates for the position of UI Engineer II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop next-generation web applications featuring efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and systems.
• Innovate and craft engaging consumer experiences.
• Uphold high coding standards and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Create front-end templates to ensure progressive enhancement for modern browsers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in UI technology stack.
• Profound expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with familiarity in frameworks such as React, Angular, and Ember considered advantageous.
• Ability to produce well-abstracted, reusable code for UI components.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and strategies to address them.
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals including data structures, object-oriented programming, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Previous work experience: 2-3-5.5 years.
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science discipline.
