Sales Operations Analyst – Apprentice
- Assist with data analysis and processing
- Support ongoing NYR initiatives through execution and process assistance
- Coordinate with stakeholders during the account creation process
- Help with collaboration efforts for new initiatives and program launches
Finance Analyst – Apprentice
- Learn how to capture and document business needs and requirements
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures
- Understand accounting fundamentals by engaging in guided tasks
- Contribute to daily operational tasks assigned by the finance team
- Get familiar with corporate tools used for data analysis
- Perform effective data collection and organize findings for decision-making
- Present analytical insights in a clear and impactful format
- Support metrics evaluation to help drive strategic decisions
Staffing Recruiter – Apprentice
- Discover various sourcing methods for tech and non-tech roles using job platforms, social media, and internal systems

- Enhance candidate interaction skills by offering timely updates and professional communication
- Assist in building and managing candidate databases for future recruitment
- Use applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to streamline recruitment activities
- Contribute to planning and running hiring events and recruitment drives
People & Communities Representative – Apprentice
- Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars and travel
- Organize event logistics such as venue setup and stakeholder coordination for meetings, leadership visits, and special programs
- Collaborate with the broader P&C team during sessions and organizational events
- Coordinate with the WPR (Workplace Resources) team to manage HR workspace needs
- Handle sensitive information professionally and with confidentiality
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively support them
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed
- Support communication and coordination with external benefits and tech vendors, including Darwin
- Facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders and vendors through feedback and issue tracking
- Learn the process for new SOW (Statement of Work) approvals and managing purchase orders
- Maintain escalation procedures within Cisco for both internal and vendor interactions
- Gain hands-on experience using SharePoint for managing benefits-related resources
- Participate in APJC-wide benefits projects to broaden your HR exposure
- Contribute to other assigned tasks within the benefits domain

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed a 3-year degree in a non-engineering stream (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, etc.)
- Candidates must have graduated in 2024 and received a Provisional Degree Certificate
- Availability required for a 12-month period starting August 2025
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a team-first attitude
- Must be registered as a “student” at NATS and possess a valid enrollment number
