- To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a range of skills and qualifications.
- While knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM would be an added advantage, basic knowledge of Unix/Linux is required.
- Additionally, strong communication skills, a proactive and self-motivated approach, a customer-centric attitude, and a good academic record are essential.
- The ability to complete tasks as per the instructions and guidance of superiors is also required. A B.Tech/B.E. in IT, Computer, Mechanical, or an MCA/BCA is preferred, with a good technical background and professional experience desirable.
- Fluent written and spoken English is expected, as is the ability to work and communicate effectively with a globally-distributed team.
- The candidate must also be a team player.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
The role and responsibilities of this position involve exhibiting Konecranes’ core values and code of conduct in all actions.
This includes monitoring applications and responding to alerts, as well as handling service requests and incidents by receiving and resolving tickets through ServiceNow and Tracker.
Additionally, there may be ad-hoc requests from other applications for monitoring or support in any environment.
It is essential to update the work log and task performed in the trackers for each incident and develop a healthy, professional customer relationship. Meeting KPIs such as SLAs, TAT, Ageing, and Quality Audits, etc., based on management’s expectations and guidance, is crucial.
Actions must align and realign based on customer feedback and management’s input. It is also necessary to be aware of ISO 14001 and 45001 requirements.
