Job Description
The job responsibilities for the role include the accurate processing and completion of medical claims.
This involves processing claims that do not route through automatic adjudication within the current turnaround standards.
The employee must also have a good understanding of plan concepts, such as deductible, coinsurance, copay, out-of-pocket, and state variations, and apply them correctly.
It is important to comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any directives given by the company.

Requirements
Qualifications required for the position are as follows: The candidate should have a non-technical graduation degree and 0-2 years of experience.
They must exhibit proficiency in the product lines related to the processing unit. Good communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
Also, the candidate should have a good typing speed (in English) and accuracy.
They should be result-oriented, goal-driven, possess analytical and research skills, and be able to make effective decisions.
The candidate should have superior interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
They should be open to constructive criticism, coachable, and willing to grow as a professional. Critical thinking abilities, multitasking skills, and the ability to remain focused and productive despite repetitive tasks are crucial.
