Responsibilities
- Design and implement B2B sales strategies to effectively engage with colleges and build strong connections with administrators and key stakeholders.
- Identify and secure new college clients by generating leads.
- Deliver compelling presentations on emotional wellness, emphasizing its value and addressing potential concerns to foster collaborative partnerships with colleges.
- Handle negotiations, manage contract discussions, and finalize agreements with colleges.
- Develop and sustain relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Travel across India to advocate for mental health services, explain pricing structures, and outline implementation strategies.
Requirements
- A graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is essential; knowledge of a South Indian language is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- A professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Background knowledge in psychology is preferred.
