Join us as a Diploma Trainee, part of the Electrification Business Area within the Distribution Solutions Division, situated in Vadodara, India. Reporting to the Project Operations Manager, your role entails devising and executing proactive promotional strategies for the designated target audience. This aims to stimulate market demand and cultivate interest in ABB’s products and features. Nurturing enduring customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and educating the target audience about ABB tools and products are central to your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the complete lifecycle of Electrification digital substation products.
- Executing design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects, adhering to engineering principles and business standards.
- Approving scoping documents, network topologies, and automation cabinet/panel designs.
- Employing effective promotional techniques for robust marketing activities and customer value proposition.
- Managing technical promotion processes and generating organizational reports.
- Implementing proactive promotional activities such as technical presentations, seminars, and project development within the customer target group.
Your Qualifications:
- Diploma degree in Electricals or Electronics.
- 0 to 1 years of experience in integrating and implementing electrical utilities, data centers, oil & gas, mining, food and beverage, and transportation industries.
- Openness to travel and flexibility.
- Ability to work independently while upholding ABB standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation, adept at influencing and addressing challenges with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
