Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) during operations.
2. Preparation and review of sales and operational plans.
3. Capacity planning aligned with mid and long-term demand for all supply pools.
4. Release of quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily schedules.
5. Assessment of stockouts in warehouses and implementation of plans to minimize them.
6. Periodic review of planning strategy for standard stock.
7. Generation and issuance of purchase orders.
8. Evaluation of supplier and customer on-time delivery performance.
9. Assessment of on-time quality delivery.
10. Monitoring inventories against set targets.
11. Coordination of various vendor audits and maintenance of records.
12. Reviewing SAP-MM/PP reports, identifying gaps, and devising mitigation plans.
