What would you do? The Software and Platform vertical helps the world’s leading platform companies accelerate, scale, and improve their businesses as their most trusted, innovative, comprehensive, and experienced partner. You will work as part of the Transaction Risk Management team, which focuses on reviewing potential fraudulent or high-risk transactions and taking necessary actions on customer accounts in accordance with defined client policies. The team verifies KYC documents as applicable and authenticates customer profiles while also investigating fraud claims from customers and taking the required actions based on client policies. In Risk Management, your responsibilities will include anticipating, planning for, and responding to project risks and issues, categorizing their severity, considering the likelihood of occurrence, and devising mitigation and contingency plans. You will be expected to follow an agile approach that incorporates risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events to support continuous project delivery.
