Position: New Associate – Fulfillment Operations & Order Management
Location: Mumbai
Education: Any Graduation

Responsibilities:
As a member of our Supply Chain and Operations vertical, you will contribute to the efficient movement of products or services from suppliers to customers. The Supply Chain fulfillment team focuses on enhancing supply planning processes by optimizing inventory, replenishment planning cycles, and developing time-phased inventory, distribution, and deployment plans that consider network interdependencies and customer service constraints. In the Fulfillment Operations & Order Management role, your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end order processes, closure, and financial settlements. This entails implementing channel strategies, multi-channel demand management, order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory accuracy, fulfillment, service provisioning, billing activation, and cost savings. Additionally, you will track and report fulfillment performance metrics and scorecards.
