As an Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing content, including user profiles, videos, texts, and images
- Applying client policies to investigate and address reported issues
- Escalating and resolving sensitive or graphic content issues
Your role requires the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing, classifying, and removing content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels
- Making decisions and taking actions in accordance with client policies and guidelines
- Staying updated on policy and process changes
- Investigating, resolving, and communicating complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team
- Identifying workflow improvement opportunities and suggesting solutions to enhance quality and efficiency
- Participating in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for professional development
- Engaging in conversations about socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety
- Participating in well-being activities
- Meeting established efficiency targets set by the business
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will primarily handle routine problems, relying on established guidelines and referring to precedent. Your main interactions will be within your team and with your direct supervisor. You will receive detailed instructions for all tasks, and your decisions will be closely supervised. As an individual contributor within a team, your scope of work is predetermined and narrow. Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts.
