As a Trainee Engineer at Acqueon, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring SaaS infrastructure availability and performance around the clock, every day of the year.
- Ensuring maximum uptime for customers in our SaaS environment.
- Monitoring application health and promptly reporting any errors, bugs, or exceptions.
- Following the incident escalation procedure according to the severity level.
- Adapting to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used within the organization.
As a Trainee Engineer at Acqueon, you should possess:
- A foundational understanding and some experience with the Amazon Web Services Cloud Services Platform. Obtaining AWS Certification would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration and Troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux Server Operating Systems.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A capacity to handle and resolve complex situations in a professional manner.
- The capability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Some basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Regexp, VB Scripting, Python, etc., would be beneficial.
- Availability and willingness to work in shifts.
