Job Description

The job description entails a 1-month training program for management trainees in the retail industry.

This program is designed to expose them to various aspects of retail business operations, including special projects.

The trainees will have the opportunity to gain experience in store operations, manufacturing units, and cross-functional domains.

They will also learn about costing, audit, P&L, and other accounting-related topics.

The program will include performance-based reviews to track the trainee’s progress throughout the training.

The training program aims to groom the trainees for their future roles by providing them with a foundational understanding of finance and costing, as well as hands-on experience in store operations and retail business.

Additionally, trainees will have opportunities to work on virtual projects and gain exposure to back-end, front-end, and accounting-related projects.
