As a key member of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will be responsible for managing interview scheduling and handling all associated logistics. You will collaborate closely with hiring teams and the broader TA function to ensure candidates have a smooth and positive interview experience. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being part of a dynamic and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule phone and virtual interviews across India.
  • Conduct initial application screening.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiter) with accurate candidate data.
  • Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Teams to understand, prioritize, and meet recruitment needs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and assist in implementing improvements to the recruiting process.
  • Support onboarding activities for new team members in collaboration with TA leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and the TA organization to drive impactful projects that enhance process effectiveness and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or MBA with at least 6 months of experience in recruitment or campus coordination.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholder relationships effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Proven experience in managing or supporting projects from start to finish.
