DESCRIPTION

The primary duty of a Quality Service Associate is to execute test case instructions and identify and report any discrepancies. The role also encompasses ensuring the timely and successful delivery of results.

Role & Responsibility:

• Execute test cases designed for software build testing.
• Conduct test case execution meticulously and accurately report identified bugs.
• Familiarize oneself with testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
• Conduct regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality.
• Utilize software tools for daily data capture.
• Comfortably capture, communicate, and escalate results and failures, providing individual status reports.
• Raise all issues and doubts related to test case execution on the clarification portal and close them within SLA.

• Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment, and proficiency in Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
• Flexibility and willingness to engage in repetitive tasks.
• High level of energy, proactive nature, sense of ownership, drive, and a willingness to meet daily deadlines are essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BE, BSC, B.Tech, MCA, MSc, IT, ECE, ELECTRICAL ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING.
• Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience.
• Graduates from any field of study; preference for quantitative fields such as science and engineering (not mandatory).
