Job Description

This position requires flexibility in working hours to align with customer needs. You will be working around the clock, with a minimum of 5 shifts of 8 hours each per week. To meet customer demand, we have various shift patterns scheduled between 12 am and 12 pm from Sunday to Monday. National holidays may also be part of your work schedule. Detailed scheduling information will be provided closer to your start date.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Eligibility to work in India
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Computer skills and experience
  • Availability for flexible shifts from Monday to Sunday within the 12 am to 12 pm time frame
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as needed
  • Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated desk and chair
  • A minimum broadband connection speed of 20 Mbps using a wired ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).
