Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of this role, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics and operations team by conducting audits and implementing process improvement initiatives. This position entails auditing the outputs of operations teams and systems, proposing and implementing enhancements to processes and systems, and identifying emerging trends in process performance. Your duties will also involve auditing, tracking, and maintaining the quality metrics of assigned processes. You will collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements. The ideal candidate should possess a keen attention to detail and the ability to work across various levels to achieve process objectives. Furthermore, they should actively embrace Amazon’s core values and apply them in their day-to-day work.
