Job Description

The responsibilities of Device Associates at Amazon involve manual testing of cutting-edge applications and products at the user level. They function as pure Black Box Testers, responsible for understanding functionalities, accurately executing test cases, meeting deadlines, and delivering precise test reports.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing test cases for Amazon Assistant Products on Desktop and Mobile platforms.
• Accurately reporting bugs identified during test case execution.
• Understanding testing procedures for new builds/releases and adhering to guidelines.
• Conducting regression and repetitive testing to ensure build quality.
• Using software tools like adb command for daily data capture.
• Proficiently capturing, communicating, and escalating test results and failures.
• Addressing failures/doubts in the clarification portal based on SLA’s.
• Basic knowledge of reading scripts for troubleshooting.
