Job Description

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

1. Identify training needs and simplify work instructions creatively to reduce ambiguity.
2. Continuously adapt, learn new features of various tools and systems, and improve acumen to identify and report errors, following SOP to catch content errors.
3. Provide floor support to DA’s, clarifying their queries during execution.
4. Be aware of operational metrics such as productivity, quality, and delivery/latency SLA. Compliance to metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team and personal goals, and driving process improvements for closure will be measured.
5. This role is for an individual contributor.
6. Must pay close attention to detail, possess good communication skills, and maintain a professional demeanor.
7. Perform RCA for duplicate and invalid clarifications to reduce ambiguity in work instructions through identifying training needs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduation in any field of study. Science and engineering backgrounds are preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc.
• Flexibility and interest in repetitive tasks.
• High energy, proactive nature, a sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to meet daily deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Freshers or candidates with 0 to 2 years of QA experience.
