ROLE SUMMARY

The Analyst holds the responsibility of supporting AON’s global benefits teams across various international locations. This position entails aiding AON’s Global Benefits operations in the implementation and provision of consulting services to clients. The individual’s primary tasks include coordinating and executing research, collecting data, analyzing information, and updating this data into the Greater Insight Tool. The objective is to guarantee the delivery of high-quality work within predefined timelines for various tasks managed within the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Manage projects with minimal dependence and deliver efficiently by collaborating with stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the necessary knowledge, experience, and adaptability to learn new tasks within the team.
• Actively contribute and engage in broader ACPL initiatives and collaborate across teams.
• Cultivate stronger working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• A background in employee benefits is preferred.
• Proficiency in internet search techniques.
• Familiarity with MS Office software suites.
