AT&T Off Campus Hiring 2025 – Full Stack Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Coding:
Design, build, test, and support applications using Spring Boot for backend services and React for frontend development.
Code Standards & Quality:
Follow established coding guidelines and best practices, and engage in code reviews to ensure the delivery of clean, scalable, and maintainable solutions in both backend and frontend codebases.
Team Collaboration:
Work in partnership with senior developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to define requirements, design system components, and deliver projects on time.
Technical Problem-Solving:
Diagnose and address software issues effectively, ensuring stability and performance in both backend and frontend systems.
Continuous Learning:
Actively develop skills in emerging technologies and programming languages, expanding beyond the Spring Boot and React stack to support broader organizational initiatives.
Documentation:
Prepare and update technical documentation for codebases, processes, and solutions.
Agile Practices:
Contribute to Agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
0–3 years of hands-on software development experience.
Programming Expertise:
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
- Java
- Python
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- Go
Core Technical Knowledge:
Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP), algorithms, and data structures.
Version Control:
Practical experience with Git or similar version control systems.
Operating Systems:
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Analytical Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Communication:
Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
Teamwork:
Ability to work productively in a team setting.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring framework.
- Experience building applications with React and related tools.
- Knowledge of designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of relational database systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
