- Cascading the channel’s strategy and key focus areas to achieve predetermined goals.
- Driving the team and establishing clear targets for recruitment, training, and development of agents.
- Managing intermediaries by continuously arranging training sessions to enhance IMD cross-selling productivity.
- Developing and motivating talent within the channel, including the identification of IMDs based on their business performance and driving business planning with low-performing IMDs.
