Job Description Summary
Duration & Location:
- Tenure: 3 months (2 months on-site and 1 month remote)
- Base Location: Head Office with travel to various cities as required
Project Overview:
The intern will study the challenges and factors that influence healthcare facilities in transitioning from manual flushing to pre-filled flushing solutions. The role involves developing a comprehensive go-to-market toolkit and running pilot implementations in 2–3 selected hospitals to evaluate results and create documentation that can serve as a roadmap for nationwide deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review current product usage data and pinpoint hospitals with a high volume of manual flushing
- Conduct structured discussions with sales teams, medical staff, and procurement departments
- Identify major challenges and success factors influencing the shift to pre-filled flushing
- Formulate a conversion framework focusing on clinical, commercial, and channel strategies
- Create a complete conversion toolkit including sales narratives, training material, and objection handling guides
- Execute a pilot rollout in selected facilities and track key learnings and outcomes
- Prepare a final playbook that supports scaling the model across the country
