- Establishing hourly production targets for operators and ensuring compliance through process verification.
- Conducting a daily analysis of production losses and implementing systematic solutions to address production issues.
- Maintaining regular communication with operators regarding safety, quality, and production matters.
- Allocating skilled manpower to production lines.
- Ensuring operators adhere to established standards, including work instructions and handling procedures.
- Implementing systematic problem-solving methods to eliminate production-related failures.
- Upholding and improving 5S practices in the designated area of responsibility.
- Conducting regular audits, such as Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Layered Process Checks (LPC).
- Providing on-the-job training for new associates.
- Ensuring adherence to standards, specifically Point CIP.
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
