Job Description

You may need to travel to the Mumbai office occasionally, depending on business needs or for company and team events.

Work Hours: This is a client-facing role that requires 9-hour shifts, including a 1-hour lunch break, for five working days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels as required.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality responses to inquiries related to services, payments, quality, and platform issues from Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of services, processes, and the business to successfully upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback through phone or email when necessary.
  • Translate customer details, instructions, and emails into English with 100% accuracy.
  • Translate client feedback into English and relay important information to the appropriate teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with the delivery and marketing departments within the company.
  • Work with the editing team managers to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic.
  • Excellent command of English in speaking, writing, and comprehension.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage stress effectively.
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
