Capillary Off Campus Hiring – Software Development Engineer – I
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, design, scaling, and maintenance of applications within Capillary’s Cloud CRM product.
- Contribute to the overall design and roadmap planning.
- Write efficient, scalable code.
- Test and debug software programs.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the functionality of existing systems.
Job Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Creative and self-driven with a passion for developing complex, scalable applications.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development with a strong emphasis on algorithms and data structures.
- Proficient coding and design skills in Python, Golang, Node.js, Core Java/J2EE, or other high-level programming languages.
- Experience with Non-Relational databases (especially Redis, MongoDB) and message queues is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
