Role Overview
The Invoice to Pay Assistant will provide essential support within the accounting department. This position involves assisting the accounting team with various tasks while following established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate invoices and accounting records, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
- Offer customer service support to internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of records management policies and best practices.
- Enter data manually or through technology tools into the system using designated software.
- Gather and analyze financial data to generate, review, and audit reports.
- Manage complex administrative, clerical, and customer support tasks with minimal supervision, escalating only highly complex matters when necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a related qualification.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience.
