Job Purpose and Impact
The role of an Associate Software Engineer involves contributing to the design, development, and upkeep of software systems and applications. Key Responsibilities

Cargill – Software Engineer Intern
Eligibility:
Applicants should be enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Computing, or another IT-related field, and must be on track to graduate by June 2026. An approval letter from their university or institute will be required to participate in a 5–6 month internship scheduled from early January 2026 to the end of June 2026. Candidates must be open to working on-site several days a week at the Bengaluru Capability Center. A foundational understanding of structured programming, system design and analysis, database concepts, and general business principles is expected. Students should also demonstrate self-motivation, adaptability, and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, along with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse backgrounds.
