CGI Off Campus Hiring 2024 – Associate Software Engineer
Experience: Fresh Graduates
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subsurface Application Support Analyst for tools like Petrel, Techlog, OFM, Eclipse, etc.
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to provide application support.
- Handle troubleshooting tasks for Subsurface and Wells (SSW) applications and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as required.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA).
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts is expected.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and experience in application support.
Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow
