Job Opportunity Overview:
- Position: Associate Software Engineer (Dedicated Engineer)
- Responsibilities include technical support for users, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to supported applications or production environments.
- Role involves utilizing advanced query and programming skills, with an emphasis on problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- This is an onsite role with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and coordinate problem-solving efforts across various organizational teams.
- Communicate application status and health to business units and management.
- Evaluate and enhance monitoring, application stability, and root cause determination processes.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and analysis using SQL and programming skills.
- Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience with SQL Server or similar databases.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Strong skills in optimizing and writing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures.
- Exposure to SAP S4Hana is desirable.
- Experience in internal application support.
- Ability to analyze and provide solutions for technical problems.
- Demonstrates flexibility as an individual contributor.
- Strong teamwork and inclusiveness mindset.
- Self-motivated with a focus on innovative technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Understanding of Data Modeling and Data Analysis.
- Knowledge of other databases is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure/AWS/Snowflake is a plus.
