Job Description
Position: Team Lead | Team Manager – Business & Logistics
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate (excluding BE, BTech, and MCA).
Responsibilities:
- Handle business and customer-related tasks.
- Engage with customers minimally under supervision.
- Demonstrate understanding of domain processes, sub-process functions, and relevant terminologies (such as SOPs and QC checklists).
- Responsible for first-level processing of assigned transactions. Complex problems and procedures are to be referred to the Supervisor or Line Manager.
- Ensure adherence to quality requirements and achievement of targets and volumes within the specified Turn Around Time (TAT).
- Comply with mandatory industry regulations and process-specific compliance requirements.
- Manage knowledge effectively, including an understanding of various document templates and standards (e.g., SOPs) to interpret documents and related terminologies.
- Supervise and manage the team.
- Ensure adherence to organizational hygiene and compliance requirements, including timely time sheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Fund Operations.
- Data Management skills.
