Experience/Qualifications:
- A graduate or above from a reputable university.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in non-voice data processing.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and arithmetic skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good comprehension skills.
- Ability to interpret non-standardized sourced documents and instructions received from underwriting, broker/customer.
- Ability to interpret information from reference material/systems/tools.
- Ability to gain a strong working knowledge of policy administration system and associated applications.
- Ability to gain an understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Timeliness – process requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements and inventory management methods.
- Quality – process requests with expected levels of process accuracy.
- Open to working in varying shifts and workdays.
