About the job:

This job requires individuals with the following experience, qualifications, skills, and traits:

Experience/Qualifications:

  • A graduate or above from a reputable university.
  • 0 to 6 months of experience in non-voice data processing.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and arithmetic skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Good comprehension skills.
  • Ability to interpret non-standardized sourced documents and instructions received from underwriting, broker/customer.
  • Ability to interpret information from reference material/systems/tools.
  • Ability to gain a strong working knowledge of policy administration system and associated applications.
  • Ability to gain an understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Timeliness – process requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements and inventory management methods.
  • Quality – process requests with expected levels of process accuracy.
  • Open to working in varying shifts and workdays.

This position reports to the Team Leader.
