We operate a Customer Support and Content Review Centre for one of our clients, a globally renowned brand. We are currently seeking to expand our team of Agents at our office in India.

We are currently seeking to expand the team of Associates.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Verifying and reviewing information in accordance with policy and guidelines.
  2. Making outbound calls as necessary for content moderation.
  3. Adhering to all compliance and security measures regarding client data.
  4. Acting upon process changes and updates by conducting thorough research.
  5. Adhering to process quality standards and striving to exceed quality targets.
  6. Maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

We are looking for candidates who are fresh graduates in any discipline, capable of working in a customer service or content review position within a process-driven environment, with excellent spoken English.

Experience: Freshers
