Job Description

Qualifications:

A graduate (excluding BE/BTech/MCA) or high school graduate or above, as applicable in the specified geographic location.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder/Business Management:

Administering and assisting in managing client product support for customers contacting the support center via calls, chats, or emails.
Providing customer support to international clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Presenting client products (such as Analytics, YouTube, etc.) to customers.
Ensuring efficient and timely service delivery across teams for multiple clients, collaborating with functional leads to define overall strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborating with the Business Development (BD) team to expand services and acquire new clients.
Creating and managing a risk and mitigation plan based on discussions with project stakeholders.
Serving clients either through account managers or, in some cases, directly through various applications.
Reporting performance status and handling escalations to the manager.

Web:

Designing and developing internet/intranet web pages in the prescribed format, adhering to client requirements within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).

Design:

Creating client marketing collaterals/presentations in line with prescribed brand guidelines, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and accuracy.

Customer Relationship Management:

Providing information, educating customers, updating trackers, and ensuring the updating of required applications and tools. Keeping Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Team Leaders (TL) informed of new issues.

People/Team:

Actively contributing to and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Participating in and contributing to organizational activities.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in English.
Customer service skills.
