Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and review information according to policies and guidelines.
• Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data.
• Take action on process changes and updates with thorough research.
• Adhere to process quality metrics, aiming to exceed monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.
• Adhere to process norms and structure.
• Demonstrate the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Work with great attention to detail.
• Adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
