Role Description
This role presents an exciting opportunity to work for an international organization at our Audit Delivery Centre located in [Country or state as applicable (Delivery Centre)]. As a part of the Support Services Team, this role plays a crucial role in assisting our Member Firm Client Facing Teams with the planning and execution of our audit engagements. The work you will be involved in is instrumental in enhancing the efficiency of the end-to-end process, driving improvements throughout the business. You will collaborate with experienced and highly skilled practitioners as part of a team working on various activities within the audit process.
Your primary responsibility will be to implement efficient, dependable, and cost-effective working practices in support of our engagement teams. Location & Offer
- Position: Engagement Associate (Insert RADC Location, Office)
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Part-time hours will be considered (minimum 24 hours per week).
Responsibilities
As an Engagement Associate, your duties will include:
- Carrying out selected administrative tasks as part of the delivery of high-quality financial statement audits for various national and international companies and institutions, in compliance with local accounting standards. Administrative activities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting client onboarding procedures and managing client files in accordance with Deloitte policies and procedures.
- Handling billing, conducting budget reviews, and performing financial project analysis with precision.
- Assisting teams and managers in executing project support, business development, and administrative tasks related to practice management.
- Preparing and managing documentation using standard templates when appropriate to support Client engagement teams at client locations, under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Applying established Deloitte audit methodologies and developing an understanding of how your work fits into the broader audit end-to-end process, aligning with the Deloitte Way.
- Participating in a customized training program and receiving coaching from colleagues to become more independent and gain technical expertise.
- Collaborating with your team and team leader to address data and information issues, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a high standard of work.
- Delivering and executing your tasks to the highest standards, taking ownership of your assigned responsibilities and completing them within specified timelines.
- Adhering to Deloitte policies and complying with personal and other independence requirements as mandated by regulatory bodies.

Requirements
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- Enrollment as a university student in any faculty (Bachelor’s or Master’s studies) or equivalent education supported by relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
