Job Description
Job Role: As a Quality Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to collect and analyze performance data based on defined parameters. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our work practices and streamlining them to meet customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze revisions received from publishers.
- Categorize and subcategorize errors made by our artists.
- Identify the root cause of problems.
- Engage in continuous review activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance objectives and achieve targets.
- Timely completion of revision analysis and other reports.
- Develop corrective actions for identified root causes.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in different shifts.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
Desired Skills:
