Job Description
Position Summary:
The Deloitte Digital Content Studio (DDSC), located in Bangalore and Chennai, India, specializes in delivering high volume, high quality digital and print content to clients worldwide. Our ad-tech product M/Suite empowers the creation of digital content across various platforms, including technology, digital media, and brand commerce. DDSC efficiently caters to the diverse marketing content production needs of our clients, offering image services, advertising production, 3D content, CGI, and video production. On a daily basis, we deliver approximately 15,000 pieces of content.
Job Role:
We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collating and analyzing performance data based on predefined parameters. Your primary objective will be to improve quality and streamline working practices within the organization to meet customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collate and analyze revisions received from publishers.
- Categorize and subcategorize errors made by our artists.
- Identify the root cause of problems.
- Participate in continuous review activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance objectives and achieve targets.
- Ensure timely completion of revision analysis and other reports.
- Devise corrective actions based on identified root causes.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
