Position: Associate Analyst – Document Production & Service Assistant

Role Overview
As a Document Production & Service (DP&S) Assistant, you will be actively involved in document processing activities, necessitating proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and handling confidential information sensitively.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and adjusting documents in accordance with established guidelines. Preparing signatures using DocuSign. Maintaining communication with requesters and signers to update them on the status of their requests. Proactively seeking clarification when facing ambiguities. Maintaining an audit trail of completed tasks.
Location: Hyderabad Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM
About the Team
The Shared Services team in Hyderabad provides comprehensive support to the Deloitte organization in the North South Europe region. Their services encompass financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Requirements
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree in any field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in basic PC software. Ability to work independently, plan, and adapt flexibly to accommodate urgent tasks. Solution-driven and customer-oriented with a high level of perseverance.
