Job Description

Position Summary

Associate Analyst USI BSO NSE NL HR Services – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Nature of Work

Responsible for the daily management of HR activities received in the ITRP portal, focusing on tasks and requests related to the following subject areas in SAP (non-exhaustive list):

Employees Data Management
Processing activities from functional mailboxes
Onboarding
Offboarding
SAP Entries
SAP Contracts
Creation of Personnel Files

Ensure accurate completion of all requests on a daily basis with a strategic approach, consistently meeting payroll deadlines following procedural guidelines. Deliver exceptional service and maintain a high level of excellence by being proactive.

Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate activity information, tracking through timely closure.
Collaborate within the team before escalating doubtful queries to the NL HR team.
Stay updated on Deloitte HR policy and process developments.
Support current and future business needs by maintaining performance consistency.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM

The Team

The Shared Services team in Hyderabad provides comprehensive support to Deloitte North & South Europe, offering capabilities in financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.

Qualifications

Required:

Any Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in MS Office Tools and SAP.
Ability to work independently, plan ahead, and adapt schedules for urgent assignments.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated and independent.
Eagerness to learn, conscientious, stress-resistant, and possessing a positive attitude.
Proactive thinker with the ability to voice opinions on process improvements and collaborative ways of working.
