Job Description
The Trainee Engineer position entails the design, development, and implementation of specific technical functionalities for client projects in the domains of social services, health, and human services. Under the guidance of the Technical Architect and/or Senior Technical Consultant, the trainee engineer collaborates on design and development matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to implement the most effective solution using the chosen Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) platform.
- Ensure proper application of project technical standards within the project team.
- Work as part of a team to implement client business requirements efficiently, while prioritizing performance, configurability, and maintainability.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques and leverage product knowledge to achieve optimal results for client engagements.
- Maintain a professional and knowledgeable image of Diona Technologies Limited when interacting with customers.
Skills and Attributes:
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical aptitude.
- Hands-on knowledge of Java and JavaScript technologies.
- Proficiency in JDBC, SQL, XML, JSON, and HTML is essential.
- Sound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with at least one relational database management system (RDBMS) is required.
- Quick learner with high adaptability.
- Knowledge of CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with MongoDB or any NoSQL database is an additional advantage.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, and Angular is beneficial.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess an Engineering Degree or its equivalent from recognized institutes.
