JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Overview: The Growth Strategy Analyst holds the responsibility of conducting comprehensive data analysis, identifying avenues for growth, and furnishing actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies, thereby propelling business expansion. The role necessitates active collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organization and delivering findings to key decision-makers.

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT The Growth Strategy team is entrusted with formulating the overarching subscription strategy for D+H. Furthermore, the team is tasked with devising plans and predictions for subscription revenue and volume.

REPORTS TO: Growth Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough exploratory analysis across diverse datasets to unearth novel growth opportunities. Develop hypotheses and collaborate with analytics counterparts to gauge the potential impact and scale of these opportunities.
  2. Assume ownership of monitoring and presenting essential metrics to the wider organization and leadership.
  3. Propose enhancements in products, customer journeys, and user communication to augment metrics in the customer funnel.
  4. Keep abreast of industry innovations and suggest promising concepts for exploration.
  5. Execute assessments of the competitive landscape and secondary research to evaluate new ideas under consideration.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the growth team to gather insights and execute initiatives effectively.
  7. Proficiently convey and communicate insights derived from data analysis to pivotal stakeholders to steer business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  1. MBA graduate with 0-1 years of experience, or an Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst role.
  2. Proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, or data visualization platforms.
