DOW Hiring Campus Graduate 2025 – Junior Software Developer
This position provides a chance to work with technologies like Angular/React, .NET 8, SQL Server, and Azure across various projects. It focuses on building enterprise-grade solutions that are both maintainable and scalable. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn continuously and adapt to emerging technologies as required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a team to design and develop enterprise applications using modern .NET, Angular/React, SQL Server, and Azure technologies for a global organization.
- Build and maintain applications, APIs, data models, and integrations with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support design and implementation processes.
- Apply modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and leverage tools such as Git, Postman/Insomnia, and static code analysis for effective collaboration.
- Due to the team’s global presence, occasional evening meetings with US-based team members may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication Engineering with a CGPA of 8 or higher.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent communication and analytical skills to evaluate and improve processes.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, both technical and interpersonal.
- Interest in Microsoft’s technology stack, including frameworks like Entity Framework and HTML.
- Hands-on experience with frontend web frameworks or libraries such as Angular, Bootstrap, or ASP.NET MVC.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure developer tools and services such as App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, and Azure SQL.
- A willingness to learn and adopt new technologies as needed.
